NHTSA announced a recall of 125 thousand units of Honda Goldwing

Until now there has been no accident associated with the rear brake problem. Honda will inspect secondary brake master cylinder rear wheel drive vehicle and perform component replacement when needed

BY loyal consumer safety, motorcycle manufacturers Honda and traffic safety agency highway United States (NHTSA) announced a recall of 125 thousand units of Honda Goldwing produced between 2001 and 2010.

Recall was issued due to a faulty component on the secondary brake master cylinder rear wheel which has the potential to be severe. NHTSA said the consequence of these problems can lead to accidents or fires caused by hot brake friction in a long time.
